I'm not working with a tool anymore
Eija Moisala asked me to answer one question for her blog: what have you been experimenting with and learning from it?
Eija has been my lead for two and a half years, from the client side of a consulting engagement, and the best one I have worked with. She runs a blog called Small experiments and inspiration, where she asks people what they have actually been trying lately. It is a good question to be asked, because it does not let you answer with what you are planning to do.
My answer was the year I spent handing software work to AI agents. Dozens of small experiments, most of them at my own desk, plenty of them failures. Somewhere in the middle of it the job changed underneath me.
I'm not working with a tool anymore. I'm coordinating work.
