Bringing AI to everyday work: speaking at Ilmarinen

I spoke at Ilmarinen (opens in a new tab), one of Finland's leading pension and wellbeing companies, about how AI becomes a real teammate at work. Not just a technical experiment.

In the session we focused on the practical side of AI adoption: how to move beyond pilots, integrate AI into everyday workflows, and build a culture where people keep learning and growing with these tools.

My core message was simple: using AI responsibly is part of long-term sustainability. It is how an organization keeps its people and processes relevant.
